abstract: Library provides framework for generation of clinical TFLs. The purpose
  is to provide functionality to prepare metadata that describes TFL and pass this
  metadata together with data to the C++ rendering engine to generate final DOCX documents
  with styles and deterministic pagination. Bundled third-party components include
  vendored FreeType, HarfBuzz, minizip, and nlohmann/json code plus Liberation fonts
